# Coffee

Dirty bean water. The nectar of life. Bringer of energy. 

I love the taste of a good plain black coffee. 

I don't put sweetener or any form of milk in it. If I can't drink it black, I don't want to drink it. 

We use a Breville Barista Express for making Espressos/Ameircanos at home but I prefer a  pour over most.

- ⭐️ Sumatra - Aceh - Mansur Bener Meriah (sage, red bell peppers, smoky oak, bittersweet cocoa), Americano, [R&R Coffee Roasters](https://rnrcoffeecafe.com/webstore.html). **It's not bitter but not much taste, definitely not my favorite.** 
- 🌟 🌟 Forest Mist Blend - Signature Blend (earthy, leathery and rich with a bright sweetness at the end of the sip)
- 🌟 🌟 🌟 Ethiopia - Guji - Sidamo Region (orange zest, pomegranate, bing cherry)
